  The employees are not rude anymore so that's a plus. They refuse to allow you to do 2 orders in the drive through even if its only 2 drinks. Not very customer oriented here and I've actually waited in excess of 20 minutes for my food on multiple occasions. Overall I'd say go to the one on burkhart rd, its 2 minutes down the road, this one misses the mark.

  You know what I've read a lot of poor reviews on this Mcdonalds and to be honest these people seem to be thinknig the the world is out to get them "the employees are not rude anymore" what? this a by far the best Mcdonalds in Howell Michigan and all of Livingston County. that's all.

  Came in on a Sunday morning. Waited over ten minutes for 4 items and a coffee. No other customers inside, and only saw 2 cars go past the window for the drive thru while waiting for our food. While waiting, I saw one of the kids working drop a cup on the floor and put it right back into the slot to be used for the next customer. Not the first time we have received terrible service at this location, and I'm grossed out by this cup incident! Done coming here.
